Privacy Policy
This document describes how E-SPACE, s.r.o. processes personal data in compliance with the GDPR Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and Slovak Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on the protection of personal data.
1. Who we are
The personal data controller is E-SPACE, s.r.o., registered office at Bancíkova 1, 821 03 Bratislava, Slovak Republic, registered in the Commercial Register of the Municipal Court Bratislava III, Section: Sro, File no. 51056/B.
2. What data we process
When you contact us via the form on our website, we process the following categories of personal data that you voluntarily provide:
- Name and surname
- Email address
- Subject and content of your message
- Technical session data (IP address, country of origin, user agent) — automatically collected for security and abuse prevention
3. Purpose and legal basis
Processing your inquiry — responding to your contact request and potentially establishing a business relationship. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and pre-contractual measures at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Website security — protection against spam, attacks and abuse. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
4. Retention period
Contact inquiry data is retained for the time necessary to handle the inquiry, but no longer than 3 years from the last contact. If a business relationship is established, the retention period extends according to applicable tax and accounting regulations (typically 10 years).
5. Recipients of data
Your data may be made available to the following categories of recipients acting as processors:
- Resend, Inc. (USA) — email delivery service for contact form messages. The processor has standard contractual clauses under GDPR.
- Cloudflare, Inc. (USA / EU) — website hosting and attack protection. The processor has standard contractual clauses under GDPR.
We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use it for profiling or automated decision-making.
6. Your rights
As a data subject, you have the following rights under GDPR:
- Right of access to your data and to obtain a copy
- Right to rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data
- Right to erasure ("right to be forgotten")
- Right to restriction of processing
- Right to data portability
- Right to object to processing
- Right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority — Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic (dataprotection.gov.sk)

7. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always published on this page with the effective date.
